Pringle’s Pit Stop program is dedicated and committed to assisting seniors obtain and maintain needed services such as

Assistance to:

• Secure city and county transportation to address their shopping needs
• Secure transportation for medical/dental appointments
• If desired assistance to navigate securing adult day care
• Code red locations – (excessive heat)
• Code blue locations – (excessive cold)

We also conduct regular well checks via phone and physical location. Monthly care packages are delivered to the physical residents to help offset limited financial resources.

We also take great pride when we engage our seniors to share their story of how they came to Newark, NJ adding to the richness of diversity within our city. Also, the history of Newark is retold as our seniors not only share their individual journeys to Newark but their experiences during varied historical times. Our seniors represent a great portion of Newark’s great history.
